What emulator is used to play old phone games that were in java? does blue stack support them or is there any better for these specific types of games?

I have not used them so I cannot say which one is the best, so it is up to trial and error from your end to find the best one.

Well I am back a new PC I7 4790K, 780 TI, 16 Gigs, Windows 10. Hopefully will get delivered at weekend.
