complete rom list for Mame 0.221

Apologies if this is already somewhere in the forum.

I'm trying to find/mke a complete, clean rom list (not the actual Roms) for Mame 0.221, minus clones and non working games.

I have the Mame gamelist.XML list made of Mame XML generator but I'm struggling to convert it to the .txt files needed for attract mode.

I've tried the converter but it keeps producing an empty list (I assume this is because my XML file is formatted incorrectly).

If anyone has a complete list they could copy into an email, or offer some help in regards to importing/converting XML game lists it would be greatly appreciated.

you can try rom lister but it has not been updated it a LONG time..your results may very..

Only way to get a clean list is to make your own by paw (hand) if you really want it the way you want it. Yes it can be done with Attract Mode's help. More on that here http://forum.attractmode.org/index.php?topic=3672.msg25479#msg25479
