General / Can't get Flat Blue theme to work

This is as good as I can get it to look, which is a far cry from what its meant to look like, any advice would be very much appreciated

Edit: Nevermind, figured it out, despite it saying to unzip the layout into the layout folder, you just put the zip file straight in.
