Randomly select ambient music from a pool?
« on: March 27, 2020, 02:20:22 PM »
I have background music (Ambient Soundtrack) playing on my display with a nice Namco Museum track makes way for a quiet screensaver when it ends (don't want my machine constantly making music while it's not being uses), and the music restarts when you load back into the menu from a game. Though, I thought it would be a cool idea and add some variety if i could have it instead randomly select a different menu music track to play every time it loads, from, say, a folder of music.

Is there any scripting magic that can make this happen? I suspect it might not be too complicated to code.
