There is a tool called 'Bat_To_Exe_Converter'.
It includes an option to create an 'Invisible' exe-Format.
this suppress the commandline window / DOS window.

I haven't tried this suggestion but I will say that you came up with many creative alternatives that have worked in the past. You have great input!

So I have windows 10 booting straight to Attractmode with no did window. It is very clean. You need Windows 10 enterprise to completely hide windows and shell. You also need a special exe file you shell to. If I have time I will up load a boot video.
