I think you have made a mistake in the forum...
Here nobody is going to provide you with an img neither for pi 3 nor for 4.
This is a forum dedicated to the Attract-Mode frontend, not the Raspberry Pi, and not to the preconfigured images...

I am not looking for a preconfigured image, but you are right I did make a mistake. I didn't realize that attract mode was on anything other than Pi.
But, for those that might stumble across this that don't already know.

Awesome, thanks. I just ordered a Pi 3 today, but eventually, as 4 grows in popularity I will hold on to it and use it on a future project.

I have had several Raspberry Pis in the past, but I am still extremely novice when it comes to understanding the operating system. Especially because I build projects and give them to people and move on to the next. Well... I've started a new project and my RPi 4 just came in the mail and now I'm learning that the images for the RPi3 will not work with it... is this accurate?

I don't even know how new the RPi 4, but are there plans on working on an image for the 4th version.

When you select a ROM from any section a breif screen pops up that allows you to make changes to a whole emulator or just that individual ROM. Some of these items include screen resolution, selecting a new emulator, filters, etc...

Is there a way to disable this so that it stops popping up? I've got everything set and it never fails I accidentally make that menu pop up when launching a game. I would like to have that disabled now that I have things running the way they need to.

Tried all those suggestions, but none of them worked. The good news is I was able to fix it. And will post that here just in case anyone else runs into an issue like this.

I thought that it was odd that I was unable to exit (on this emulator only) Turns out it wasn't the emulator as I was using that emulator for the 32X and Sega CD as well. What I did was used my FTP client to download the 32X "retroarch.cfg". I then modified the cfg file so that it would point to the megadrive section of attract mode.

# Settings made here will only override settings in the global retroarch.cfg if placed above the #include line

input_remapping_directory = "/opt/retropie/configs/megadrive/"

#include "/opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch.cfg"

I then deleted the weirdly configured and messed up auto cfg file that picodrive was forcing everytime I launched a game for the Mega Drive. I then uploaded the newly modified 32X retroarch.cfg file into the megadrive folder.

Now everything works as normal again. Thanks for your assistance though.

I'll try that out later today.

How can I be sure that I'm using Retroarch with my MD? It seems as though it is as it was included in the packages when I updated, but as I said when I went into the emulator it rewrote the cfg file for that emulator on first run.

General / Mega Drive emu not exiting... how to fix? (SOLVED)

So I've got the Mega Drive emulator running in attract mode and normally pressing the select+start buttons will make any emulator quit back the game selection. In this case, it's the only emulator that is not exiting by pressing that button combo. I've gone in and deleted the retroarch.cfg for the Mega Drive hoping that would allow the config for all systems to take over, only as soon as the emulator is booted up again it writes a new cfg for the Mega Drive.

Anyone know how to fix this? Or maybe I should be looking into a different MD emulator.

I found that when you go in to modify the game info on any given game there is an option at the bottom to delete the game from the list.

Now I just have to find how to build a custom list. So adding games across multiple platforms like I've seen in areas like Sonic Collection, Street Fighter Collection, Mario Games and the like.

I'm running Raspberry Pi 3 Attract Mode. I rather like it as I have become addicted to the stylings of HyperSpin. Problem is, I'm having to relearn how to do everything in Attract mode. There are games that I want to remove (not just the ROMs but the game info from Attract Mode as well). So in FBA I'm wanting to purge out all the adult themed games I've already deleted the games from the set, but the selection when I go into FBA is still showing. I would like to remove that from the wheel.

Also for these lists that are already prebuilt that are missing games I'd like to add them. For instance Street Fighter Collection is missing games like the original Street Fighter or SNK vs Capcom Chaos.
