Maybe also interesting for you:

-Microsoft Remotedesktop App:
you see and control your whole desktop from mobile device.

-Logitech Remote Control - Harmony Series:
the TV Multimedia Control can also be used for computers.
There exists profiles for certain applications like KODI.
with a little workaround it's possible to start computer from standby/sleep mode.

-Microsoft Remotedesktop App:
-> It is not easy to use since Deckboard app can make a function button

-Logitech Remote Control - Harmony Series:
-> Yes, but you need to buy one more device

Well, the best remote control for retro windows systems, accords to own, prefered taste and gusto.

Already at home. Already in use ^-^
bluetooth and infrared is supported too..

Somebody show me this panel: Stream Deck.
In my opinion, too much.

If you have an Raspberry PI in use, you can still make something similiar with it.

Using Amazon Dash Buttons with Raspberry PI has style too. Here

Really retro to control an retro windows computer : wireless keyboard or bluetooth keyboard with multimedia buttons ^-^
