Issue resolved, changed the memory split from 64 to 128 and it's now working as intended

General / White blocks in place of graphics and fonts on first boot

I'm running on a Pi3b+ using the SDarcadeMod_v2.2f theme. When I do a reboot or a cold boot none of the graphics (screenshots, wheels, etc) and fonts show up correctly. They are all replaced by white blocks. When I change screens to the setup menu or whatever and go back to the Arcade menu it all shows up and works fine. What could cause this and how can I fix it?

Did you ever get this sorted, I'm having the exact same issue. Can't move the selected item, with black/white screen. Tried generating new romlist, redownloading the layout, etc. No luck
