When i play tekken 3 on my mame setup the resolution looks like crap pixels blocks.. filter is on .. but i see youtube mame tekken 3 high crisp resolution but sprites and 3D rendering... and tekken tag is worst... im playing tekken lego blocks,...

this is an emulator problem please move this thread to that section...
well....that might be mame itself. It takes a high-end cpu and a lot of ram to push that in mame. I'll need more information to help you though. Seeing as how the is based on playstation hardware (its a beefed up psx in an arcade cabinet) you could use a playstation emulator (a psx emulator will use your graphics card...mame doesn't)...but yes I understand the eant for the arcade version.

then try it and see if it improves at all..even the slightest
effects DO use a graphics card
I might be grasping at straws here...is tekken 3 the only games that has this problem?
Try a different computer if you can with the same version....and try and older version and see if you have the same problem.
MK games worked great until 0.137 and they run poorly until the next release
It would help also to know if you are on windows linux or mac and what version of mame you are running. (from your ini it looks like windows) windows 7?

my mame does not have hq3x in the artwork folder and it does not have its effect do i need to download and install ?

no because the point is you want to run it off at this point.

now change it to
video ddraw ...run it
give me changes if any.... also i might be able to help more if I knew your mame version
