Looks awesome, good job with it!
One question - How does it function on the pi 3? I see all the others struggled with the game carousel (being sluggy) and bg music was choppy?

Yes I'm trying it on a RPi3, hope that helps.
I changed the display to GridNew and it brings up large vert scrolling text.
Running latest Attract Mode and Retropie 4.2
