General / M64Py command line into Attract-Mode.
« on: December 28, 2020, 08:38:05 PM »
Hi Everyone,
I could really use some help.  I have been using M64Py for sometime, recently I updated to from 2.4 to 2.5.  After that it stopped working with Attract-Mode.  I can get it to work fine with command lines, but when I try to put it into Attract-Mode it doesn't work.  Here is what I use for command line after I navigate to the M64Py directory: C:\ProgramFiles (x86)\M64Py>m64py.exe C:\Emulators\N64\N64_ROM\ROM_Name.zip

A screen shot of my Attract-Mode entry is attached.  I would be very grateful for any help.  I have spent a ton of time on this over the last few days.

Thanks.

I am setting up a new machine which has the newest version of AttractMode.  Can someone help by letting me know which file(s) to move over to get all my settings transferred from an old machine with a previous version of AttractMode to a new machine with the newest version of AttractMode.

Thanks.

Never mind, I thought I was supposed to use the flyer section for the boxart, I just figured out I needed to make a boxart artwork section

I can't get the boxart to show up in the theme, I'm using the NES theme by Cosmo on a PC system.  The wheel art and videos are showing up perfect, only the box art won't show.  I set box art to yes, and pointed the flyer to where my box pics are (c:\emulator\NES\boxart).  All the box pics match the rom file name.  Any ideas of what I am doing wrong would be very appreciated.
Thanks

Emulators / Re: Can't get m64p to start in fullscreen
« on: January 25, 2018, 06:23:59 AM »
This is one of the ways I tried:

executable           c:\emulators\n64\mupen64plus-gui.exe
args                 --fullscreen "[romfilename]"
rompath              c:\emulators\n64\roms
romext               .z64;.v64

I will test with commandline later.  Could m64p having the gui mupen64plus-gui be causing me an issue?

Thanks for the reply.

Emulators / Can't get m64p to start in fullscreen
« on: January 25, 2018, 05:26:11 AM »
I have one last issue on my setup.  I can't get the N64 emulator to open in fullscreen.  I am using m64p (mupen64plus + GLideN64 + a GUI).  Looking around the internet and this website I have tried:
--fullscreen "[romfilename]"
"[romfilename]" --fullscreen
mupen64plus-gui.exe  --fullscreen
I can't get anything to work, any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I would like to modify the arcade theme to remove the game date and game title text at the bottom of the screen and replace it with the players info in the nPlayers.ini file and the controls info in the controls.ini file.  Is this possible?  If so would someone be good enough to post how to do it?
Thanks
