I've made an intro for ATTRACT MODE

I've also prepared 16:9 and 4:3 aspect version.
Both videos are in 1080p, mp4 file.

I really like those "dots" in the letters in the first half of the video. Nice retro look

This might be an assumption on my part, but I thought you wanted to submit your logo design to be used on the website. If not, then just disregard what I said.

Ahhh... I was wondering if I should ask him for permission or something. :D

Of course I want to submit my logo design to be used on the website.
I've uploaded it in transparent .png in the logo thread.
And I can send it to Raygun or upload it with any licence that is needed (I think a copy of AM licence is the best - so it can be distributed under the same licence without any doubts).

The same goes to intro - I'll share it for everyone to use (without my logo at the end of course :) ).

That would be great if you want to submit this to be the "officlal" attractmode intro...  :D

Awesome work verion! *claps* *hands you a cold (whatever you drink)* Ok so I can use that in my debs too if needed right? Also there is the attractmode "icon" floating around somewhere...I need the for my menu. Somebody point me please.

You can use it anywhere - as long as it is AM related. But you have to exclude it from GPL. I've used frameworks and templates that allows for free distribution of the end product for unlimited number of users - but they have to use it "as is". This is not strictly written in licence but implied. So this is free as in "free beer".

The logo is my next "target". But I'm swamped with the work ATM.

Thanks for the great video, but when I use it, only 1st 2 seconds play and it seems to stop and goes to menu.  Your old on with you logo at the end worked fine.  Strange.  Any ideas. 

Also is there anyway to stop the menu from playing sounds until this intro video is done?

It must be something with video codec - I suppose.
The old intro you've downloaded from youtube? What version (codec)? mp4, flv?

If so - I can upload the new one to YT and you can download it and test if it works.
YT is recoding avery video uploaded. If you confirm that with YT download everything works fine, we'll know that the problem is codec.

Superb intro and greater logo !

The default version included in attractmode package is too low in quality in comparison of this one.
