hi guys
thanks for the quick reply
i tried several methods explained in this forum
with floob image and then updated everything like in the tutorial
but i had several errors during installation and menu-art folder kept disappearing
i tried with the retropie 4.4 image and installed all thru retropie setup
but menu-art folder kept disappearing
i installed some roms and artwork and everything worked
so i got the paths right and i selected gamelist, for i have all my gamelists ready for emulation station
i just cant seem to get a menu where i can choose my systems
i use the robospin layout, but i would like to have a startup menu where i can choose the sytems and then the roms
thanks a lot for your help
i am trying everything from scratch using floob image and updating as in the tutorial
will let you know my progress later

hello
thanks for your help
i tried it out
i only get the video snaps in the background
no theme and no wheel
i tried with nes
made a MEDIA folder in /home/pi/.attract/layouts
inside the MEDIA folder i created a folder MAIN MENU and a folder Nintendo Entertainment System
copied the HYPERSPIN folders IMAGES and THEMES to /home/pi/.attract/layouts/Media/Nintendo Entertainment System
in /home/pi/.attract/layouts/Media/Nintendo Entertainment System/Themes is Nintendo Entertainment System.zip
in /home/pi/.attract/layouts/Media/Nintendo Entertainment System/Images is Nintendo Entertainment System.png
