Title: Having trouble running PC games from attract mode

Cuphead runs fine, but SFIV gives me an error message

Failed creating the Direct3D device.

Ikaruga also having same issue.

Both SFIV and ikaruga load fine by clicking the same shortcut from the desktop

Having the same issue on two different pcs.  One has nvidia, the other AMD.  Both windows 10.   Tried with a fresh attract mode install.  Same issues.

Possibly game launcher issues. Try running these games via command line (main exe if you are using lnks), if that works run them through AM with admin rights.

Yeah, I had tried admin and that didn't work.  I've tried several other games now and for some reason only have trouble with ikaruga and SFIV.  SFV works fine though so I'll just go with that.   Kind of weird attract mode has trouble launching a few games though.

Just checked SFIV (Ultra) on my setup, AM is running it without a hitch didn't need to tweak anything or elevate to admin. But I am on win 8.1 so maybe its a win 10 thing.

Use Windows mode = fillscreen in general options.

What type of file do you have AM looking for?
