Title: Simple Vertical Layout Theme [Released]

Hi folks,

because I needed a theme looking similar to the one by cools, I decided to amend this one a bit. To give back something to the community I added the code to GitHub (https://bit.ly/simpleVertical). Hope this one will be useful for someone as well.
