I have a doubt. I have tested it this layout and I can't see the name of the games, I only see the names of the roms.

How can I see the name of the games?

Which emulator-system (zsnes, scummvm, windows-games)?
AM get names from your [romfilename].[romextension]. So AM only do, what AM only get / AM only get, what AM only get...

I'm using mame.
Is it not possible to see the name of the games in mame?

Look at your romlist.txt file that was generated...it might not have the names...
