Themes / What theme/layout designer do you use for AM?

Hi everyone
I'm new to AM and this forum so big hello to you all, though some of you may know me from other arcade-related forums. Big thankyou to akafox for all the hard work putting together a great frontend
I've used other frontends like MameWAH before, and one of the things I liked about MameWAH was that it was bundled with a simple layout designer that I could use to tweak my custom layouts for each arcade cab. Because I use CRT TVs and arcade monitors in my cabs, and each one has its own unique weirdness (overscan, modes etc.), I like to tailor/tweak my layouts to suit while actually at the cab.
So my question is: what GUI-based theme/layout designer do people use? I'm aware of the AMBuilder online theme designer (not sure this is still maintained), but is there something available that I can use on a cab/locally?
Thinking it might be a good idea to pin a thread listing what AM theme designer tools are out there, to help noobs like me.
Cheers, Z.
