Hi good fellas, i have the next question and I hope someone could help me on this

I'm looking to keep a list of the last 10 games played, there's a way to do that? I know that there is a functionality but I have not seen anything in the official documentation or forums.

General / Broken new user registrations

Hi guys, there are a lot of complaints about this, someone PM me in the retropie forums (im registered there too) and bring me out this, looks like there is no way to register a new account (Verify emails are not being sent out) so please any mod can give the alert to Raygun.

--new stuff:


*added Mame among the systems (untested so if something break well, just tell me please  :P)
*added option to select custom1 to custom 6 buttons (only one to call/change to the menu, but alas now have the chance to select it  ;D)
*added the option to increase o decrease the delay time in the favorite mode (this is when you just added/remove a game from your favourites dont overloaded with requests )


*Menu now is working in the next way (from left to right):

1. change between emulators
2. enter into favorite mode
3. change filter list
4. show/hide snaps (Screenshots only - no videos but i think this can be change)

* Add the thumbnails grid
* fix the aspect ratio for the artbox
* the leftmost and rightmost are semi hidden
* add a couple more of system so can be Customized

The favourite mode allows you to navigate equally in the selection but instead of launching a game what it does is add it to your favorites

there is a delay timer, please change it in the code To fit your cpu cycles, search for the tick_fn (yeah i know i would add a option for this in the future)

please assign a button to your "Custom1" in the contol options, you will need it in the order to make work the menu (yeah, i know i need to add this too to an option)
(fixed in V2.1)

please test it and if you can, make it better (I mean if you can improve it, fix the problems  I would appreciate it and please share it with the others)

--found glitches (its not perfect)

some weirds delays at the start of the layout (if you go right take some time to catch up the next game, but if you go to the left there is no delay at all)
some weirds jumps In the thumbnails when you trying to add a favourite game or start a game or exit the theme
any other thing that you can find



Well this is my first version (its a heavy modification of the grid theme), its missing the thumbnails and the snaps preview

I need help on those and if anyone would like to make some theme for the rest of the systems please share it in this thread.

for the images to work, need to drop in the folder system you want to change,and need to have the next names:

top (top image),
bottom (bottom image),
frame and frame2 (the frames that select your game)
logo (logo of the system) ...

the working resolution is 16:9 but i think it works in 4:3 too ..

Hi again friends, im here again for a mental exercise that is driving me crazy and I would like your expert help

What i need are 3 rows but each row has a different number of columns and sizes


row 1 ->  X X X X (ONLY 4 OBJECTS) medium size

row 2 -> X X X X X X (ONLY VISIBLE 6 OBJECTS But is where all the boxart's game are ) large size

row 3 -> xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (like 30 Thumbnails of the preview boxarts) small size

Im use the Conveyor module but only with 1 row and 6 columns, I add today the Oomek conveyor code for the Thumbnails and its working sort of both conveyors but i think the on_transition function that  Oomek wrote on his code override in some way the original conveyors one (some arts Suddenly disappear), so i think there is no way to add multiples conveyor codes, the idea is with only 1 class add 3 rows and cutomize it each one (size, slots and space between them), any idea in how I can start this, just need an idea something where I can start.

Thanks for stopping to read my question, to avoid delays I will go straight to the point :

As you can see in the attached picture, i need to know what is the name of the effect where the image is not covered when putting the blue frame on top, any idea where i can start, im trying to search around, but im very new in AM and still there a lot of things i need to learn.

hmmm.. maybe chaging the set_rgb of the container making it a bit darker in the Transition?  ???
