I'm completely stumped. The fbalpha_libretro.dll core loads fine outside of attract mode but when I try to load it with Attract Mode nothing happens.
The weird kicker is the fbalpha2012_libretro.dll will work but wont load all my roms since its for an older romset.
Im running Windows 7 64bit
The latest version of Retroarch and latest version of Attractmode.
Below is my config
# Generated by Attract-Mode v2.3.0
#
executable \RetroArch\retroarch.exe
args -L "\RetroArch\cores\fbalpha_libretro.dll" "[romfilename]"
rompath \roms\cps3
romext .fba;.zip;.FBA;.ZIP
system Arcade
info_source listxml
artwork flyer \Attract Mode\scraper\Arcade\flyer
artwork marquee \Attract Mode\scraper\Arcade\marquee
artwork snap \Attract Mode\scraper\Arcade\snap
artwork wheel \Attract Mode\scraper\Arcade\wheel

Please post your command line entry.
For example starting CPS2, you need this command (depending to your paths):
"C:\attract\EMU\RetroArch\retroarch.exe" -L "C:\attract\EMU\RetroArch\cores\fbalpha2012_libretro.dll" "C:\attract\EMU\RetroArch\roms\19xx.zip"

I'm not seeing the console when I load Attract mode windowed. Which is making it hard to figure out whats going on. I tried switching the option on and off in the attract mode config menu but it did nothing.
Also note my config for CPS2 is identical to the non working CPS3 aside from the core which is fbalpha2012_libretro.dll instead of fbalpha2012_libretro.dll
Oddly when I change the CPS3 emulator config to run off of fbalpha2012_libretro.dll all games minus 1 work even if the rom set is meant for fbalpha_libretro.dll
I run identical roms with the fbalpha_libretro.dll core on my Retropie build without an issue and as I said before if I load my CPS3 roms in Win7 Retroarch GUI with the fbalpha_libretro.dll core they load fine.
It really doesnt make any sense. Its as if Attract Mode is forcing Retroarch closed before it can start.

@tonberryhunter
put AM aside.
open CMD / command line (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VyiGZW0fTxk) and enter your path, exe and so on.
If you are able to start your romfiles from there, tell us the complete command.
then we can transfer it to AM.

I play CPS3 games for a while I enjoy playing them, can someone suggest me a good emulator for windows 7 system? I found this theme maybe it's old but if someone reads let me know some good emulators. I download all the games for Capcom Play System 3 but can't find a good emulator.

Please don't post links to rom downloads on the forum. I have removed the URL from your post.
Use MAME or Final Burn Alpha (FB Alpha) to play CPS3 games on Windows.

Current versions of Attract-Mode have two executables. Run "attract-console.exe" from the command line if you want to see what Attract-Mode is doing.
Also, like hermine.potter suggested, post the command line that successfully runs one of your FBA games.

I commented in another post and I will ask the same question here, is it possible to install one emulator (expect RetroArch) for playing different console games like sega 32x, CPS3, GBA, any emulator who will support all these games. I search for CPS3 Emulators (https://www.gamulator.com/emulators/capcom-play-system-3) and Sega 32X but only RetroArch is relevant for both. Any other suggestions?
