General / Upgrading Attract Mode from older version

So I am running 1.6.2 on my GroovyMame box and would like to upgrade to the newest version.

Are there any special steps I need to do to do this? I did a quick search and didn't come across anything.

Anything special to watch out for? Do I keep all my settings?

General / Filtering certain machine types in Mame listing

Hola folks!

New Attract-Mode user. Loving it.

So far I have had pretty good luck using the Filters to sort out the type of stuff I want to see.


However I would like to create a filter so that, for say, I only see CPS1 games. Or a filter for only Neo-Geo games or Cave and etc.


How would I go about that?
