How do I remove or hide the Attract mode setup wheel?

This isn't a scripting question. You must be using a 3rd party image. To remove this (depending on what you want to do):
Configure-->Displays--><display_name>-->Show in Cycle = No
Configure-->Displays--><display_name>-->Show in Menu = No
