Title: Clean up romsets? Titles

Ok so i've got romsets for most systems  ::), most variations of games such as v1.2 v1.3 (PAL) (NTSC) (DE) (EU) etc
Is there any other way of automating it? are there any tools? So i can get the orginal names its alot cleaner for title showing
on attract mode :) it looks so unsorted at this moment  :-[ with a lot of games

I have a function for layouts that I use. I can share after work when I am home.

Edit: maybe I make it with a few other functions I use as a module so it's easy for other layouts to use.

Ok so I am guessing you have "rom packs" three tools to clean mine are rom deleter and clrmame pro and romlister

rom deleter to clean out "cruft" https://sites.google.com/site/plumology/romdeleter (https://sites.google.com/site/plumology/romdeleter)

and clrmame pro to rename and zip (yes it works for more than just mame roms) http://mamedev.emulab.it/clrmamepro/ (http://mamedev.emulab.it/clrmamepro/)

(cut my advmame roms in half for my pi saved 7GB)

Remember to back up all your roms before using any tools!

Don't need all that renaming roms and lists. I'll have that module out soon. I had to work doubles and crap. Have tonight and tomorrow off.

Ps if you use my theme "flavors", it already has this implemented.

Configure-->General--> Hide Brackets in Game Title = Yes
