Title: Generate Rom List Duplicates

Every time I add new roms and then generate it updates and adds but also all the roms get duplicated with file name __Galaga etc. which I delete and then it’s fine. Is there a simpler way not to have to do this everytime. The more I add the more times I have to delete next time

That doesn't seem normal. What version of AM and what OS are you using? Does this happen for just one game system or all of them? If it's only one, post its emulator.cfg.

I used recent retropie image. I installed attract mode from experimental packages. I then ran update on all installed packages.
But i gave this problem.

I found the mistake if you initially install attract mode from binary instead of source you will get this problem.
Once I installed from source everything now works. Thank you.
