Title: Marquee monitor startup video?

I have everything working great on my AM build with a secondary marquee monitor. My question is can I have a specific video or image play on the marquee monitor during startup? Right now it shows a random marquee game image on each boot.

i know there is away but i dont know how so ill bump this. i wanna know too. cool idea. i do believe its been covered though. here or at arcade control forum.
