Title: success w snes emulator via attract-mode in either Windows 10 or OSX?

Hi all,

I'm trying to get attract-mode to run a snes emulator alongside my existing MAME setup. My main setup is in OSX and it runs amazingly. However, I have yet to get any snes emulator to load through attract-mode, even though I can load roms directly from Terminal through the command:

open -a snes9x.app roms/mk.zip

However, I cannot get any sort of success with running snes9x or zsnes through attract-mode on OSX?

I tried last night to get attract-mode to load snes9x or zsnes in Windows 10 last night, with no success. MAME works great in both.

(I have gotten some SNES games to run via snes-mess, but many games don't have compatibility like snes9x or zsnes).

If anyone has had any success please let me know, I need some encouragement or tips.

I suggest you post the configuration file. Most likely it's an error in there.

Alternatively take a look at using rocketlauncher - http://www.rlauncher.com/

Lacanian-

General rule, if your emulator works on the command line it should work with AM. As already suggested, post your config, so you can get help.
