Title: Controller XboxOne does not quit games running on attract mode [Help]

Hi guys I bought an xboxOne controller and for the game release I have always configured select + start to exit the games but with this controller it doesn't want to work, xbox360 and trust microsoft work fine.

I did a test to see if they correspond to the same input and it is identical, on the net I found other posts of people who had had the same problem but without success.

moreover I also tried to redo the configuration from scratch, set as necessary but always without success

I also tried to configure just any button of the pad for the output and it doesn't even go out, I just go out putting some letters on the keyboard

Could anyone explain to me why it doesn't work?

 with wireless or bluetooth controller, I tried with an xbox one pad and an 8bitdo pad and when they are wired I can exit normally but when they are connected without the usb cable I cannot quit games.

has anyone been able to solve this problem?
