Title: Attract Mode steals back focus from VICE (and only VICE)

Every other emulator works correctly, but when launching a C64 program using WinVICE, it correctly launches VICE, but then focus changes back to Attract Mode which simply displays a black screen while VICE is running. I have to Alt-Tab to switch to the emulator, play the game, then when I exit, it correctly switches back to Attract Mode which once more displays the menu.

I have searched similar threads for solutions but none seem to have worked for me. Specifically, I have tried:

• Using a batch file with "start"
• Adding a pause before launching the game in the batch file (with or without "start")
• Setting "Non-Blocking Mode Wait"
• Setting "Hide Console"
• Every possible "Window Mode" (Fill Screen, Window, Fullscreen, etc)

And none of those had any helpful effect in this regard.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

try non-blocking mode from 1 to 5 (http://forum.attractmode.org/index.php?topic=3771.msg25988#msg25988)

Thanks, I enabled ResFix and it had no effect. I restarted Attract Mode just in case, and the behaviour remains the same. Attract Mode still takes focus from the still-running VICE.

Edit:
I also tried Non-Blocking Mode Wait at various settings, also didn't work.
