How can I create categories like this:
example Arcades
Subcategories
mame
fba
Sega System
Capcom classics
and etc...

I did it but the systems I put in the romlist.txt Arcades do not appear

Read the whole thread and follow the examples. You need to add the systems to the attract.cfg too.
