Just so you know. The Hyper Neo-Geo 64 is marked at not working in the current version of mame. There is no known emulator (that I know of anyway) that will emulate these games.
Roms list:
ARCADE32 0.231 (Apr 28 2021).
This is the current list of ROMs.
Current folder : <\Source\hng64.cpp>.
Sorted by <Description> ascending order, 7 game(s) found.

-have a look here (http://forum.attractmode.org/index.php?topic=3932.msg27472#msg27472)
-check your romlist : your_AM_folder\romlists\your_display.txt
-check the colums for according entries or identical keywords of your "SNK neogeo64 games" > exists "Hyper Neo Geo 64" in Manufacturer-Column?
-edit missing or different entries to same or identical keywords > SAVE
-filter in AM to these keywords
OR
mostly the Rating-column and Extra-column is empty.
you can add your own keywords there too (similar discussion here (http://forum.attractmode.org/index.php?topic=3969.msg27704#msg27704))
OR
add games as favourites. press filter button to get "favourite filter"
OR
use Tagging / Tags.
See here (http://forum.attractmode.org/index.php?topic=3978.msg27777#msg27777)
press filter button to get "Tag filter"

set your filter to look for hng64 in the AltRomname column. At least that is what the listxml spits out when I build my list. That will filter them for you.
