Title: Anyway to smarten the screensaver?

Hi

I have made submenus.  To name some:  Arcade, console, computers, favourites, genres, etc

I had a pretty amazing screen saver until this point, which use to play the platform videos.

I have observed - if I am in the consoles menu, then arcade and handhelds are not shown. 
Me default is the top level, which makes a screensaver show favourites, years, genres.  It looks rather rubbish now to be honest (sort of strange looking) but I really want to keep the sub-menu functions, as it’s now a real smart layout.

Is there any way I can just specify a folder for which the screensaver will use by default (maybe a folder I can drop videos in) regardless of the menu or submenu I am in? Or better still specify the display titles of the menus I want, e.g mame, ps1, snes, donkeykong, action.

Is this possible?  And can someone give me instructions on how to do this.
