any which is more reliable stable easy and flexible... plug and play.. for noobs

usb-os is always slow. So it's not the best idea..

1) linux : install linux distribution to usb-stick > install and config AM
2) windows 7 : install and config win7 and AM > download wintousb (http://easyuefi.com/wintousb/index.html) (physical to usb)
3) all windows versions : install and config just your AM folder to usb-drive
