Title: Marquee Video Pauses during MAME play

HI Folks,

   I'm using a vertical layout and found some neat animated marquee videos.  Got it all working, but noticed when i enter into MAME to play the game, the marquee video no longer continues to run, it actually freezes in mid play.   Is there a setting somewhere for this to continue playing during MAME play?
