Title: Possible bug. Can someone please verify?

Hi,

When using the --config option from the command line, it seems the joystick is not initialized/enabled.

To reproduce:

1) Setup attract.exe to use the joystick/gamepad for up/down/left/right/select/etc.
2) Confirm it works by navigating the interface.
3) Relaunch with "attract.exe --config c:\attract

I was actually testing with different configs in different directories - but this is the easiest way to reproduce. Because you are using the exact same config file that you just created/modified.

Hmmm, I've tried this out on my setup and relaunching with the --config option keeps the gamepad configuration for me...
