I have 3 options to use
1 x 4:3 19 inch samsung lcd
1 x 16:10 22 inch lcd
1 x 16:9 19 inch lcd
I leaning more towards the 4:3 or 16:10

Just stick with the 4:3 if a horizontal.
the 16:10 will add to the width of the bartop without giving you much in the way of actual height.
Stats 22 inch 16x10 19 inch 4x3
Width 18.66 inches 15.20 inches
Height 11.66 inches 11.40 inches
Area 217.53 inchesĀ² 173.28 inchesĀ²
As a 4:3 Display 19.43 inches 19.00 inches
As a 16:9 Display 21.40 inches 17.44 inches
As a 16:10 Display 22.00 inches 17.92 inches
As a 2.35:1 Display 20.27 inches 16.52 inches

If you're building a two player bartop I would recommend a wider control panel regardless of the monitor you choose. Two adults playing on a 20" control panel is way too crowded.
Another thing to consider is the games you will play. Newer arcade (Sega Naomi, Sega Model 3, Sammy, etc), Wii and PS2 games actually use wide screen monitors. If you're using a Raspberry Pi this won't be an issue since it won't be able to play those games.
If you do go with a wide screen monitor you can always use bezels or stretch the screen for 4:3 games.
Good luck with your build.
