Title: Slow to launch games

Hello everyone,

I have set up a Raspberry Pi 3 with floob's attract mode image v0.5 and put the Mame2003 rom set on.

I am experiencing a lag when you actually select a game. It takes maybe 5 seconds to actually load the game.

Not sure if this is due to something I have done as when I first set it up it was not doing this.

Does anyone know why this might be happening?

Some MAME games take longer to load than others. Are you sure this isn't your issue? Have you changed or added shaders, bezels or other things in RetroArch? Have you enabled the "run command" in Emulation Station? Do you have this issue with other systems/emulators?
