General / Emulator duplicating itself

For some reason as i cycle through the systems 2 of them duplicate themselves, when i get to Atari 2600, 1 with a marquee and the other without. Game Gear also does this but differently, if i cycle forward it only shows up once but if i cycle back through it shows up twice just like the Atari.
UPDATE: It is only a certain place in the order of emulators not the emulator itself. I tried deleting the display for the emulators and readding them and it just jumps to the next emulator in line with the issue.
