General / I have one wish to make AM perfect - to use a spinner for the game select wheel

I searched the forums and found several people asking over the years, but not one answer.
I am using Nevato theme, XP, AM version 2.61, and I have a Spintrack USB spinner (mapped to Mouse X axis).
Right now, I use the up and down 1P joystick and it works fine. I would LOVE to use the spinner to turn the wheel clockwise and counterclockwise at a speed you could actually read. I messed around with it for a long time, and the closest I got was unusable. Has anyone solved this issue? Thanks in advance!
