General / AM does not start in a clean Win10 installation

i tried 64 and 32 bit versions. Any clue?

Themes / Best themes for real CRT Arcade monitor? (sorry if it has been replied before)

My cab has two monitors now, one CRT and one LCD for the marquees. I'm tired of trying Hyperspin+EDS+HyperMarquee to work with two monitors, so I decided to switch to a more modern Frontend like AM, which support multimonitor natively. Thing is, I love almost every theme I've seen so far, but they seem to be not suitable for a lowres monitor like an arcade one. Any suggestions of theme?
