Great workaround! I've had similar issues with Attractmode controller mapping. This "first port" solution is clever. I wonder if udev rules could automate this further? Keeps things simple, though! Just like conquering daily Wordle Unlimited challenges, consistent configuration is key. Thanks for sharing!
