General / Strike FX gamepad

I bought a wireless Speedlink Strike FX gamepad.
It came with a driver disk for windows, but I would love to have this on my RPi Attract Mode setup.
Tried setting it up from emulation station but it dont see it.
Anyone got any idea how to set this up in Attract Mode, or if I can even use this on the RPi?

If this has already been answered, I apologize, but I could not find it.
Anyway, is there any way to put a password on the attract mode setup screen?
I would like to have the choices on that screen password protected, to keep my grand kids from accidentally changing things.

Is there anyway to change where the scraper puts the images?
For instance instead of \\RETROPIE\.attractmode\scraper\snes put them in /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/snes/snap

If not, I guess I need to point the paths in each emulator config file to the .attractmode\scraper path?

It works in emulation station but not attract mode.

Great work!
I added the menu items I wanted to the Attract Mode Setup screen (emulator).
When I select an item, the item runs just fine but when I exit the item back to Attract Mode, strange things happen, such as emulator setup screen appearing.
It kinda looks like Attract Mode is remembering the keyboard presses while in the selected item, then running the presses when you exit back to Attract Mode.

Thanks to everyone for the replies.
Thanks progets for the link, that does what i want.
I had to delete a few of the menu items cause I didnt really want those on this setup, but there are a few I decided to keep, such as audio settings.
I added the path /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/setup to the attract mode setup emulator so now they are all in one screen. (Had to add the path to the snaps too).
Still tweaking around with it, but Im sure it will be great.

Again thanks, and I can see where this forum will be a great resource.

General / Display IP Address (Solved)

Hello, first post!
I like Attract Mode very much.
But I would like to have the option to display the ip address from the attract mode menu screen.
Emulation station can do it, but I dont see any way in attract mode.
This would be handy for setting up SSH or WinSCP to maintain the RPi from my networked PC.
I searched for a topic on this and couldnt find one, so Im sorry if it has already been discussed, and a link to the discussion would be appreciated.
