Themes / Game Collection Themes, where to find?

I just came back from my friend's house and I was messing around with his  system he got for his birthday that had a bunch of game collection themes built in like Mortal Kombat, Mega Man, Street Fighter, Mario, Sonic, Zelda, etc...   I was wondering what website is the best resource to find these custom collection themes for attract mode?   I have searched through hyperspin, this website and hyperpie but I am unable to find some of these themes

I do not care if it is a paid site, this customization is worth it

wow thank you for this, I've been looking for this solution for a long time,   Is this the easiest method to create a custom collection list? 

For instance I want to group all of my favorite Street Fighter Games together for use on a theme I already have downloaded, all of the games are under their original system folders but I would like to have them together under their own theme would this be the best method?   Or would it be easier to create the xml on my PC and then just import it over?
