General / Few wheel images not showing PC

I am still new to attract mode so I am probably just doing something dumb. I am setting things up for NES games in my PC. I am just using the game station layout and for almost every game everything is perfect. but for 7 titles i get the box art and the video clips to load but the wheel image is missing. I double checked that the image is there and named correctly. What I find interesting is that the titles in question are all next to each other. I thought maybe something went wrong when I created the ROM list so I deleted the file and created it again. When creating it again it instantly makes it unlike the first time I did it but the wheel images are still missing. Any suggestions?
