Request: Cools Theme modifications/addons

i started playing with the cools theme...its actually really nice...

i was wondering if someone had time and probably better knowledge than me if they can modify this theme to have

flyer/cartart to the right
back art to the left
wheel image on top
and a actually wheel or flyers for when changing game...

kind of like hyper pie 2 but in cools!

of the final look ..   im curious..
