I am working on that. I have no idea when the image will be done though. If you don't want to compile try the linux deb on the download page. :)

if i knew how to make an image to use on the i386 pc´s i woul do it and i´m goin to try by first i want to strip the linux (get rid off all the stuff that dosen´t need )

Everithyng is working fine the only problem i have is the layouts some work but some others give me black screen the layout uis ther but dosen´t show anything the only one that works really well are the attracman and basic i think the problem is on the motherboard that has graphic  onboard could that be the reason why some loyouts dose´t work?

Glad it works for you. I made it because I don't want to compile..I'm lazy and I think everyone should be lazy with me :P

I understand and that is exactly what i am trying to do. so far i have eveything istalled and it will boot..but I managed to "cripple" the system enough so that i don't have control...i'm working on it :P It's not easy though at all. It will not be so bad once i understand it a little better.

That depends on the layout sounds like a problem with the layout nut..could be easy to fix. While it might be due to your graphics but I can't say for sure. I actually have the same set up plugged into the TV in my living room so I can game and i don't have a problem with any of the "stock" layouts.

Hey Kayser,

I made one using PCLinuxOS.
It's out-dated now and needs many system updates along with an AM update but i'm not even sure where it was I had it stored online anymore. LOL!
It wasn't THAT hard to compile AM from scratch though.

Their LXDE edition works well & you can change LXDE out to Fluxbox if you want to save a few MB of ram along with killing the built in network monitor.
I picked PCLinuxOS because they have a super easy way to generate your own .iso when you are done.

I might have to try that omega. it might be easier. I was trying to build mine off of lubuntu just because I knew "it worked". I stripped out lxed and left openbox WM. I got it to work well..need to strip it down more though. It works well in a virtual setting so far. When I get a better set up I'll post a beta for testing.

Give me info on that you were using omega please.
