Just got great cabinet theme resource from above site. The resolution is 1080 x 1728.

My idea is, add joystick panel image in bottom and let it to 1080 x 1920. The style like as below. Since my art is not good enough, could you help me to update the psd ?

I've edited your PSD file to make it 1920x1080 - enlarged a bottom part height, monitor window aspect is intact.
BTW it is downloadable somewhere on that page? Or did you asked the author for that PSD file?

As for your file with arcade controls:

1.
This file resolution is too low - it should be 1000px+ in width to match that overlay resolution
The result will be not that great - sharp cabinet and blurred controls

2.
It's the preview of a image that can be bought from shutterstock.com - it's a good news and a bad news:
bad - it's illegal to use it without buying
good - you can pay to get it in higher resolution

3.
the perspective of that controls doesn't match the perspective of a cab (the cab is a flat front view)
so it is A LOT of work to merge this two images and have a decent results

If you want my opinion - it's totally unnecessary to add that controls. And you can use that bottom area to display various information.
