Windows 10 config file not found

Hi, I’m trying to run a fresh install of AM v2.6.1 (64 bit but it does the same thing with 32 bit) on Windows 7 (also 64 bit) and it crashes immediately upon launch. When I check the last run file I see “Config file not found”. I was under the impression that the config file was created on the first startup of AM but as I can’t get it to start I’m not sure what to do. Thanks for any help.

your user account has write permissions to AM-Folder?
the config-file hat no write-protection?
