yes, it can load mala and mamewah layouts. here is the blurb from the readme on mala:
Attract-Mode can also display layouts made for the [MaLa frontend][malafe.net]. To use a MaLa layout in Attract-Mode, treat the MaLa layout just as you would an Attract-Mode native layout... i.e. copy the MaLa .mll file and related resources into a subdirectory of the "layouts" directory, or place a .zip file containing these things in the "layouts" directory. After doing this you should be able to select the MaLa layout when configuring a Display in config mode.
Mamewah should be a similar idea. these features are beta, so any feedback on how it works for you is appreciated.
