Need help with Themes on arcade with D9400 Wells Gardner Monitor

I can get flat blue to work but when I switch to nevato or cosmo theme or hyperspin theme mode all I get is the background snap and large white text.  what am I doing wrong?

Can you please post a screenshot or photo of what you get when you try to run Hyperspin Theme Mode? (It’s my theme and I wanted to hear from people with CRTs).
Also, please make sure you are running this theme in 4:3 perspective and theme quality set to low.
