Force Attract Mode to use a specific monitor?

Hi there,
I've got the following set up on a dual screen Windows 10 PC:

Attract Mode
MAMEUIFX 0170
MAME Hooker

I'm using mame hooker to show artwork on the second monitor, with the intention that my finished cabinet will have a small LCD showing either marquee or control information for each game.

I'm trying to set it up so that Attract Mode and MAME show only on monitor 1 (as defined by Windows), with the artwork on monitor 2.

Everything is set up and working with one major exception. I can't get Attract Mode in full screen mode to stay on monitor 1.

The MAMEUIFX game that Attract Mode starts shows fine on monitor 1.
MAME hooker shows my artwork fine on monitor 2.

Attract Mode itself will only stay on monitor 1 when it's windowed. If I try either Fill Screen or Full Screen mode it always jumps to monitor 2, obscuring the MAME hooker artwork.

Any ideas on how to force AM to monitor 1 and make it stay there? I've tried different themes to see if that helps but it doesn't.

Answered my own question... I had windows set to use monitor 2 as the primary screen 
Now that I've set monitor 1 as primary, AM works as expected.

Problem is now that Mamehooker shows the marquee on monitor 1 too, behind the game that is running...

The mamehooker website is currently down, does anyone know how to force it to show images on monitor 2?

Failing that, are there any decent tutorials on getting the in build multimon plugin working?

Talking to myself again... Answered my other question re Mamehooker image on second monitor. I needed to edit the default.dis file to put in the x value in pixels for my second monitor.

Looking at it, Mamehooker isn't that elegant a solution, I'd rather have a single piece of software running, but I can't get the multimon plugin to do anything.
I've switched on multiple monitor support (which causes problems with GameStation but that's for another thread as I'll stick with a different layout for now) which lets me change the settings for multimon but it still shows nothing. I've tried it with marquee, flyers etc, but nothing seems to happen.

Any ideas or is it broken? I'm on version 2.0 by the way, I can't see anything in the readme for 2.1 that mentions it.

I'm using AMM to control applications opening on specific monitors as described, though it does mean you have to add exceptions for everything you don't want affected.
