Very nice.

Just one thing - but it's a personal preference - I would skip that shadow under artwork. It work against overall simplicity/flatness of the theme. I mean - you can leave the shadow, but I would go more into "artwork laying on table" then "hovering over 3D plane in perspective". So subtle shadow around all edges would be more suitable.

And I don't understand what's the idea behind that left/right arrows - it seems against user experience. I would try to move stick left/right to change game - based on the arrow presence. But the up/down direction is more appropriate, because of the use of wheel graphics vertical list.

The left and right arrows is just an idea for quick change system.. but I'm thinking in a new solutions now

Thanks, It's a snap with a custom scanline filter that i've made for this theme.

Very nice. I would great if the row view had a smooth scroll. I have not seen any layout with that.

There is two ways.

Fast way: use left and right arrows (or any key / controller stick / arcade lever) to change to next system that are in order on attract.cfg file.

Cool way: click "Y" (or any configured key) for open a new screen with a system list instead of game selection wheel -> select the system, and click "A" to open the game list of that system.
The 3rd screen, shows the system screen at the time you are selecting the system on left menu.

Great looking layout. I really like to see the custom system screen vs. the default display menu. I think that there are very few people that are doing this and it makes a big difference IMO.
